Exchange Policy & Shipping

 EXCHANGES & SHIPPING

*Please note, by purchasing an/all items from Benoa Swim, you agree that you've read over and understand our exchange and shipping policy*

 

 WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

- We do not offer REFUNDS. We only offer exchanges or store credit.

- All SWIM & HOLO HOLO: Ready to Wear items are exchangeable when purchased at full price.

- ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE - Benoa Accessories: Tumblers, Bags, Pin sets, & Hats are all final sale, meaning they are non exchange-able, & non returnable.

- SALE ITEMS: All discounted/sale items are all FINAL SALE. Meaning Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be available. That also includes all items bought at Trunk Shows!

A request for a size exchange must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order, via Email (info@benoaswim.com).

Important:

- Do NOT send your exchange back to us before being in contact with us VIA email. Packages received with no information, and no email trace will be returned back to sender. 

- Exchanges are only accepted for the collection that you originally purchased! ex: If you originally ordered , you won't be able to exchange for the SUMMER collection! 

The items returned to us must be in original condition with the original packaging and ALL tags attached ( Bikini Liner included ). Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused, and sent back to customer. 

Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have any makeup stains or that smell of perfume/soap.

 

 

Steps for Exchange:

Step 1) 

Email info@benoaswim.com with your order number as the email SUBJECT.

Tell us what you would like to like to exchange for and why. 

 ***please make sure that the size in the style and color you're looking for is available on our website! *** 

Step 2)

Once your order is approved for exchange,  we will send you a return label and invoice for the return shipping ($6) via email. 

**This is so we are able to keep track of where your exchange is, and that it doesn't get lost on it's way back to us, please reuse your original BENOA packaging to reduce waste! 

 IMPORTANT: PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR EXCHANGE!

STEP 3)
Once our team receives and approves the return piece(s) and the initial return shipping invoice has been paid, we will ship the new piece(s) out. 

 PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: While making an exchange, after our team receives the exchanged item, If the bikini is not up to our teams standard of being in 'brand new' condition. Your request will be refused and sent back.

*** Exchange pieces on our side will only be put on hold/reserved for 10 days after email confirmation with customer. It is your responsibility to make sure to send your exchange pieces to us within that 10 day frame. Otherwise, the pieces on hold will be re-listed on the website. ***

 

BROKEN & FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a broken or faulty item, please contact us via email, using your order number as the subject.

Once approved through email, we will send you a return label (on us), and send a replacement or refund.

It is our policy that we must receive the broken/faulty item in order to be reviewed and approved by our team before any other steps may take place. If the customer refuses to send the broken/faulty item back, we can offer only a partial refund. 

 

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

***BENOA SWIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages***

If tracking information is provided by BENOA SWIM, and the parcel was lost, the issue it out of our control. We recommend contacting USPS/mail carrier.

Orders are processed between 1-3 Business days. We recommend ordering 10 days ahead from when you're expecting to receive your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any movement.

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient.

 By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date.
